Duane Allman

Howard Duane Allman (November 20, 1946 – October 29, 1971) was an American lead guitarist and noted session musician.

Allman is noted for both his slide guitar and improvisational skills. In 2003, Rolling Stone magazine named Duane Allman as number two on their list of the greatest guitarists
