We’ve known for quite sometime now that Dr. Carson Beckett (Paul McGillion), who sadly died in the episode “Sunday†and replaced by Dr. Jennifer Keller (Jewel Staite), would return for Season 4. But we didn’t know any details, except that the writers confirmed it would be him and not a trick.

"This rumor all started a few weeks back when Alan Tudyk made some comments that were taken out of context and presumed to be talk of a sequel. Some other speculators were claiming that it was just a big, confusing rumor to begin with anyway and apparently that was the case. Now Jewel Staite is saying that there are no plans for a sequel." =(
